Simyo is a telecom brand with one simple aim: to make their customers happy. From flexible phone subscription bundels, to impeccable customer service —their brand mission is to make their customers feel empowered and in control.

Our always-on campaigns had a playful attitude, paying tribute to any current events, yet always giving a cheeky nod towards telecom. With social media being in constant flux, we made sure we were up to date with the latest platform updates and immediately began experimenting with them through our campaign concepts. #mediumisthemessage

‘BEST DAD JOKE’  CAMPAIGN — FATHER’S DAY ‘19



PIN YOUR PRIDE  – AMSTERDAM PRIDE ‘19

With this year’s Pride theme commemorating the Stonewall riots of the 1970s in NYC, participants were encouraged to ‘Remember the past, create the future’. We realised that even after 50 years, Pride is still considered exclusive to one day or maybe a month of the year.

Our Pins for Pride campaign aimed to turn Pride back into being a protest; with the pins intended to be worn all day, every day by everyone. Each pin represents a different aspect of our Pride Parade Protest, raising awareness not only offline, but also online as a digital sticker that can be ‘pinned’ on IG Stories.

‘UNIQUE STORIES’ CAMPAIGN 

Time after time, simyo has been awarded the friendliest telecom provider of the Netherlands —not surprising given their endless positive online customer reviews. It made us wonder: what are customer reviews, if not brand success stories to be shared?

So, we gathered the most fascinating customer reviews, transformed them into scripts & storyboards and created a series of short animated Instagram Stories.

Utilising the platform to its full potential, we added another layer of interactivity by turning our stories into ‘gamified’ ads, making the user feel like they are controlling the flow of the story.
